• Due to the nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Kate Lambe within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include:

    • photographs of the artwork

    • photographs of the packaging

    • and any visible damage to the box or wrapping

  • Retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

  • If an item is deemed to have been damaged in transit, a repair, replacement, refund, or insurance claim process will be arranged where appropriate.

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen and monitor settings. You may request further photographs or information about any artwork at any time via the ‘Contact’ page.
